- within 13 to 10 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of prepaid of your booking.
- within 9 to 7 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of prepaid of your booking.
- within 6 to 4 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 60% of prepaid of your booking.
- within 3 to 2 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of prepaid of your booking.
- the day before arrival, the cancellation fee is 80% of prepaid of your booking.
- No-shows will be charged full of the fee of prepaid of your booking.
For a guaranteed reservation, the room will be held until 22:00 on the day of arrival. If you schedule to check in after 22:00, please contact us at “service @hotelg7.com.tw” to confirm it.
